High viscosity pumps are suitable for petroleum, chemical, coating, grease, medicine, dye, food and other industries.
Applications include transporting asphalt organic acids, fatty acids, alkaline substances, caustic sodium, soda water, polymers, soaps, shampoos, animal fats, vegetable oils, chocolate and other special fluids.
High viscosity pumps mainly consist of internal and external rotor, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bracket, seal and bearing.
Transport of liquid is stable without pulsation, low vibration and low noise.
High viscosity pump speed and flow curve function relation, can change the speed to change the flow of the pump.
High viscosity pumps are particularly suitable for conveying high viscosity media.
High viscosity pump shaft end USES mechanical seal.
