Develops and produces CQB stainless steel magnetic centrifugal pump (magnetic pump for short), which is composed of motor, magnetic coupling and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump.Its main characteristic is the use of magnetic coupling to transfer power, completely no leakage, when the motor drives the magnetic steel magnetic coupling rotation, magnetic force line through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the internal magnetic steel, so that the pump rotor and motor synchronous rotation, no mechanical contact to transfer torque.At the power input end of the pump shaft, there is no dynamic seal and no leakage because the liquid is enclosed in a static isolation sleeve.CQB type magnetic pump is a new type of completely leakage-free and corrosion-resistant pump developed by the national joint design group of magnetic pump.
CQB magnetic pump is suitable for petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film and television washing and printing, water treatment, national defense and other industries.It is suitable for conveying liquids without hard particles and fibers with suction pressure no more than 0.2mpa, maximum working pressure no more than 1.6mpa, temperature no more than 100℃, density no more than 1600kg/m3 and viscosity no more than 30×10-6m2 / S.
